Crazy Egg allows website owners to create tests to figure out what users are doing on their site. CrazyEgg claims their mouse tracking solution collects "more than 88% of the data you would collect using classic eye tracking tools". This is clearly bullshit.
One of the first things people find when using Crazy Egg is that their users are clicking on things that aren't even links. Where might that be happening on your site? Stop guessing what's working, and start seeing it for yourself.
